The Shanksville Duathlon was my second race this year that included biking. The past couple of weeks have been hard. I was a little bit slower this year on the run, but made up for it on the bike. I felt really good overall. My heart rate was a little high for the run, but once I got on the bike I settled in and kept it at a comfortable level. Jennifer did the race too. She finished in 1 hr 34 minutes. All participants this year had a great race.
