Jen and I drove to Lorain Ohio the night before this race. It was a great day for both of us. Jen did the sprint distance, and won her age group, and I took 2nd place overall in the Long Course. The swim was a hard triangle swim in Lake Erie. It had rained the night before, and the water was really choppy. I was 5th out of the water, and after the bike I was in 3rd. I passed one guy on the run, but couldn't pass the 1st place guy.
