Well my original race write up got over written by accident, but I should still be able to remember the race a month later...

The swim felt really good. The water was very clean and had no current what so ever. I finished the swim in 36:42. Not bad for considering I've never swam this far before in my life. I manaed to spin 21.1 miles per hour on my bike, and this led me to a time of 2:38:59. I struggled on the run running a 7:42 pace. I took second place in my age group and qualified for the US Half Triathlon Championships in St. Louis!
