Jen and I drove to Frederick MD Wedneday night and for the annual Thanksgiving Feast. Not having ran a 5K in over a year, and doing absoulutely zero track/speed workouts this fall, I wasn't sure what I could do. I ran pretty hard, and my heart rate maxed out at 199.
