Well what would the Nightmare Trail run be without snow? After a record breaking 70 degrees this past week, the snow gods took hold and froze the ground along with a little bit of snow. With the Florida Marathon only a week away, I decided to take it a litte easy and mainly causious. The first 5K loop I ran in 27:33, and the second 5K I ran in 28:25. Trust me, these times are actually pretty good given the up hill conditions. I ran 9 miles total today with Tom.
