Wow - Is it Cold out

This is October right, not January? Winter came all too fast. After biking in the 70's last weekend, this morning the full face gear came out along with the double layer booties and I headed out into a very cold 34 degree's. Luckily today's bike workout was only a 60 minute recovery ride. I rode with my friend Jeff and it was overall a nice easy ride. Time to shower and head to the pool before the Steeler game! I have to drive to Washington DC tonight for a Monday morning meeting. I really do not like traveling on the weekend for work!!! None the less today is going to be very busy with three workouts, a Steeler game, followed by a 3 1/2 hour drive. :(
