It's snowing again and I'm not a happy camper
It's snowing again and it's for real this time. No more snow in the morning, gone by the evening stuff. Today we got a good 2-3 inches and it's still freezing out. The forecast for the next 3-4 days calls for a mix of rain and snow. This is truely the worst running conditions in my opinion.So yesterday went pretty good. After work I picked up Jen and we drove to the pool for an easy recovery swim. We finished the workout with 1900 yards and headed home. Once we got home, Jen started cooking dinner and I headed over to the gym for a 45 minute weight workout. When I got home to much suprise it was only 8:00 PM. I couldn't believe I actually had an hour to relax before bed. I had an hour to lay there and do absolutely nothing!
Today is a different story. It's 4:15, and I'm about ready to leave the office. I have to pick Jen up, and we'll probably end up at the gym for our run indoors (which if you read my blog, you know I hate treadmills). I figure my run will start around 6:00 PM, I'll run till 7:00. Cool down for 10 minutes, then start my 1 hour lifting workout. Home at 8:15. Dinner at 8:45-9:15. Bed by 9:30.
