One more easy ride

Well after the ice bath I still had one more bike workout to finish up the week. Jen and I did an easy 77 minutes tonight and we finished up watching "Catch me if you can" and then watched the end of the NY Giants & Dallas Cowboys game. I really cannot stand the Cowboys so I was very happy to see the Giants win! So to sum up the week I swam 7,950 yards, biked 97 miles, and ran a little over 30 miles. Good night all, and I am soooo looking forward to a day off tomorrow (well day off from working out)....I still have to work, go to meetings all day, then head down to the Pens game at Mellon arena...ok well that last part is fun!
