My neck still hurts, but workouts went well anyways

Friday morning I woke up not feeling very good. I must of slept wrong and now I have a super stiff neck. It hurts to turn my neck to the left (my breathing side when swimming), but that didn't stop me from getting in two solid workouts.

Workout 1 was a trainer ride downstairs. Jen and I biked for a good 75 minutes, and then headed straight to the pool. The pool workout was tough, but I tried to focus on my kick and form. Jen and I did a ladder workout with the main set consisting of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 yard intervals. We swam 3300 yards total for the workout, and it marked my second longest swim of the year behind IM Hawii.

Jen and I are off to the mall right now for some x-mas shopping. After we get home sometime this afternoon we're going to hang christmas lights and then do a 2 hour trainer ride.
